FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter
3 whole eggs
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell or crumb shell

Melt and cool chocolate. Cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate and vanilla and mix. Add 1 egg at a time and beat for 4 minutes per each egg addition at medium speed. Pour into pie shell; top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
