BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
12 blintzes
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange juice (optional)

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place frozen blintzes on melted butter. Beat eggs well, blend in rest of ingredients. Pour this mixture over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until light brown on top.
