BLINTZE SOUFFLE | |
1/4 lb. butter 9 to 12 frozen (Mrs. Kay's or old fashion) blintzes 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter in baking dish. Place frozen blintzes in baking dish side by side. Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and pour over blintzes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until egg mixture is absorbed. Serve with sour cream and strawberry preserves. Great bunch with sausages. |
