BLINTZ SOUFFLE | |
1 dozen frozen blintzes (any kind) 1/4 lb. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/4 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla 6 eggs Cinnamon Melt the butter in the bottom of a large rectangular dish. Lay blintzes in a single layer on the bottom and sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat eggs vigorously and slowly add sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit salad if desired, or try warming up some blueberry or apple pie filling. |
