BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
8 blintzes
1 pt. sour cream
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter in a casserole. Add blintzes and brown in oven at 400 degrees.

Mix all other ingredients. Pour over browned blintzes. (Space the blintzes carefully.) Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
