BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. frozen cheese blintzes
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted

Place blintzes on greased 13 x 9 inch pan with melted butter. Beat eggs with sour cream and vanilla. Pour this mixture over blintzes. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite topping.
