BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
1 stick butter
2-3 pkg. frozen blintzes, assorted
4 eggs
3/4 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 c. orange juice

Melt 1 stick butter in pan. Pack the blintzes tightly, alternating flavors. Mix other ingredients and pour over the blintzes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered until brown at 350 degrees.
