BLINTZE SOUFFLE 
12 frozen Blintzes
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of nutmeg for topping

Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Reserve 1/2 of melted butter, set aside. Place frozen blintzes in pan (alternating different filled ones - optional).

Add rest of ingredients to beaten eggs (except nutmeg). Pour over blintzes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and reserved butter. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned (bake uncovered) in 350 degree oven.
