WILLIAMSBURG RICE 
1 stick butter
1 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
2 (10 oz.) cans beef consomme
Dash or two of Accent

Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
