KOLACHES 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 yeast cake
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix lightly in center. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix in 1/2 stick butter, which has been melted, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix until dough shines. Cover with cup towel and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Put out with tablespoon, flatten out and put heaping teaspoon filling in. Grease with butter, sprinkle with Posipka topping.

POSIPKA TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients and mix until it resembles coarse meal.
