1 c. pancake or Pioneer mix
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
4 eggs

Put all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth. Put into 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Line pan with greased foil paper. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. When baked flip on paper towel covered with powdered sugar. Peel all foiled paper off and roll up until cooled. Unroll. Put filling on and roll up again.
