LAYERED LETTUCE | |
1 head lettuce 2 stalks celery 1 sweet onion 1/2 lb. crisp bacon Parmesan cheese 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. vinegar Break lettuce into bite size pieces. Place in bottom of shallow pan (9 x 12). Add a layer of sliced onion. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sour cream, and sugar. Then pour over top. Sprinkle bacon over salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate 3 hours. |
