INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
35 vanilla wafers
35 cupcake papers
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (21 oz.) can fruit pie filling, cherry

1. Combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.

2. Place cupcake papers in muffin pans. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper. Fill each 3/4 full with mixture.

3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool slightly and place filling from can pie filling on each one. Refrigerate. Makes 35.
