love, love, love these cookies! They are even awesome made with Splenda instead of regular sugar. In fact you can use brown or white sugar or sugar subistute when making these! If you are afraid of making cookies, these are sure to build your confidence, as you pretty much can't make a mistake!!!

I admit I was sceptical, but we did not have all the ingredients to make the cookies, and we were all wanting a treat, so we tried it, have to admit, they came out really good, I added 1 tsp of vanilla, 1tbl spoon flour and some chopped peanuts, great!!!! will use this recipe again in the future.

I just made this recipe for my daughter to take to school for a friend's birthday - they are decorating her locker. Perfect! I did, however, sub 1/4 c. of the white sugar for brown sugar and added 1 tsp. vanilla, as I had seen suggested on variations of this recipe. So fast and easy my 3 year old son helped me do this before my daughter got on the school bus this morning. So yummy, so easy.

Really luv peanut butter cookies but thought you had to chill the dough etc. Who has time for that??

These were great. I used 1/2 sugar and half Splenda (diabetic in family) also added the one tablespoon regular flour. Only baked for 8 mintes Perfect!

These cookies really only need half that amount of sugar! I've been making these for a while... I got the recipe off a jar of peanut butter actually and it called for 1 cup PB, half a cup of sugar and an egg. Great taste with half the sugar.
