Excellent recipe. This tastes better than cookies that are already premade from the store or ones that the dough is already made and all you have to do is bake them. I discovered i had several jars of peanut butter in my closet and wanted to use them before they expire. I used 3/4 cups white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar. i put in about a 1 1/2 cup super chunky peanut butter and a few dashes of cinnamon. They are so easy to make and taste delicious!

My husband and I laughed when I read this recipe after looking for "easy PB cookies." Colour me shocked that these are excellent!

"That's not a cookie" he said. Now he's not saying anything because he's sitting on the couch scarfing them down.

These cookies are great - BUT - a little too sweet. I have made them a few times. I prefer to use 1/2 cup sugar & 1/2 cup flour. They're super yummy when I use 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated. ALSO, using chunky ALL NATURAL Kirkland peanut butter - Ahhhhh...they're FANTASTIC!
