CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. oil 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped nuts Bake in bread pan at 375 degrees for 55 minutes. Can double recipe and bake in layers for 40 minutes. Frost and cream cheese frosting. |
