1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/3 c. apple slices
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients except apples. Fold them in last so as not to break slices. Grease 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Pour batter into pan and distribute evenly. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
