Apples
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Line a greased pie plate with apples for a pie, making slices level with top of plate. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake until apples are soft. Mix 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Dot on top of partially cooked mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minute.
