1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat together sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla. Add to creamy mix, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add apples and nuts. Put in greased 9 inch pie pan. Top with sugars and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
