HO-HO CAKE 
Makes a 9x13 inch pan.

STEP 1:

Grease and flour pan. Mix and bake 1 super moist chocolate cake mix according to the directions. Cool 15 minutes.

STEP 2: (FIRST TOPPING)
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. Crisco

Mix flour and milk, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream sugar, butter and Crisco. Add flour mixture and beat well. Will look like whipped cream. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.

STEP 3: (SECOND TOPPING)
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 1/2 tsp. hot water
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and cool. Beat egg, vanilla, chocolate, water, powdered sugar and melted butter together. Pour over cake and refrigerate.

IMPORTANT: Use Crisco, not another shortening. Thoroughly melt butter to liquid form in topping 2.
