HO-HO CAKE 
CAKE LAYER:

1 (18 oz.) box Pillsbury dark chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 c. water

FILLING LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

FROSTING LAYER:

1 stick melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pkg. Nestle's Choco-Bake unsweetened chocolate flavor
1 1/2 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

CAKE LAYER: Grease and flour a 12x18 inch pan. In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat together all ingredients 30 seconds (or until well blended). Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FILLING LAYER: In a large bowl, beat all filling ingredients together until creamy. Beat about 15 minutes until "graininess" is gone. Spread over cooled cake layer.

FROSTING LAYER: Mix together until smooth. Pour on top of filling layer. Spread evenly and smooth top.
