WALNUT MUFFINS 
4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. melted butter
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. cake flour
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. black walnut extract

Mix and pour into tiny muffin tins. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.

Use paper muffin cups or grease and flour muffin tins before filling.

Makes about 48 muffins.
