HOT CORNED BEEF AND POTATO 
1 c. corned beef, cubed or julienned
1 c. julienned carrots
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 green onions, sliced
4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes

In a large frying pan, combine all ingredients except potatoes; heat. Add potatoes, tossing to mix. Serve hot. Serves 4-6.
