2 c. sliced cooked potatoes
2 c. cubed corned beef
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 diced cooked carrots
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all vegetables and seasonings. Toss with potato mixture.
