CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shredded corn beef, canned
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. diced cucumber
2 hard boiled eggs
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 regular lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 1/4 c. hot water

Arrange egg slices in bottom. Pour mixture over top. Can be made day before serving.
