MRS. TAWES' MARYLAND CRABCAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Crushed saltine cracker crumbs

Combine picked crab meat with all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Shape cakes and roll in crumbs. Fry in hot oil until browned.
