ALMOND SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 cube butter
1/4 c. flour
7/8 c. milk
1/2 can milk (7 oz. can)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 can crab
1/2 can tuna
1/2 c. almonds

Melt butter in pan and stir in flour and blend until smooth. Add milk and can milk and blend. Cook until thick and smooth. Add mushrooms and liquid of mushrooms, chopped eggs, crab and tuna and almonds and salt and pepper. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
