NOODLE BAKE 
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. coarsely chopped green or red pepper
1/2 c. polyunsaturated butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Morningstar Farms breakfast links
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook onion and green or red pepper in butter 3 minutes. Stir in flour. Add milk; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Prepare links according to package directions; cut in 1/2-inch slices. Fold links, noodles, and mushrooms into sauce. Layer noodle mixture and Mozzarella cheese in a butter-coated shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, beginning and ending with noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Yield: 4-6 servings.
