TURKEY WITH ALMOND BUTTER 
1 lb. Louis Rich oven roasted breast of turkey
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
3 tbsp. butter, divided
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water

Cut turkey into 8 (1/4 inch) slices. Coat with flour and set aside. Lightly brown almonds in 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet and set aside.

Melt another tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Heat half of turkey 2-3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Place turkey on serving platter; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey. Combine lemon, water and almonds in skillet; heat briefly. Pour over turkey.
