PORK CHOPS 
6 thick-cut pork chops
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 (12 oz.) can beer
2/3 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown chops in skillet. Mix remaining ingredients together. Layer chops in a baking dish and pour sauce over top.

Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chops are tender.
