BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
5 slices bread, cubed fine with crusts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add other ingredients and mix well. Mixture will look curdled. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325 degrees. (Not a dessert - serve anytime as a vegetable dish. Very good with ham.)
