BAKED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple (drained)

Mix:

3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. flour

Pour over drained pineapple. Mix all together.

Pour into BUTTERED casserole dish.

Crush 1 stack of Ritz crackers. Melt 1 stick butter. Stir butter into crackers.

Pour over pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I always double this recipe for fellowship dinners, etc.
