1 pkg. Oreos
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. dates, cut-up
3/4 c. water
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend Oreos in food processor. Set aside 1/8 cup. Add butter and press in 9 x 13 pan. Mix dates with water. Cook then add marshmallows. Mix and set aside until cool. Add nuts. Spread in pan. Put Cool Whip on top and swirl with crumbs.
