16 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
16 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip
Peppermint flavoring
Green food coloring

Crush the Oreo cookies and then mix with the butter. Put 3/4 of this mix in the bottom of an 8"x8" pan. In top of a double boiler melt the marshmallows and the milk. Take off the stove and add the Cool Whip, peppermint flavoring and green coloring to this mixture. Pour on top of the cookie crumbs. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Freeze. Makes 16 servings.
