CREME DE MENTHE DESSERT 
16 marshmallows (1/2 lb.)
2/3 c. green creme de menthe
1 pt. heavy cream (whipped)

Place marshmallows and creme de menthe in top of double boiler. Stir over boiling water until marshmallows are melted. Cool thoroughly and fold into whipped cream.

Put into refrigerator-freezing trays. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm. This dessert may be served plain or topped with chocolate sauce, creme de menthe or creme de cacao.
