BEEF AND SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. oil
8 oz. link sausages, sliced
1 onion
1 green pepper
8 oz. spaghetti
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper
8 oz. hamburger
2 lbs. tomatoes
3 oz. Parmesan cheese

Heat oil, slice sausage thin, brown. Remove, add onion, green pepper and garlic and saute until done. Add hamburger. Cook until brown. Add sausages and tomatoes. Bring to a boiling point. Then transfer to a casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees 35 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted water, drain. Stir into casserole with half the cheese and cook in oven 1 hour. Uncover last 10 minutes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
