SPAGHETTI AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
2 (7 oz.) pkgs. spaghetti
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttered dry bread crumbs

Brown beef and chopped onion. Add and simmer 15 minutes: Mushrooms, tomato paste and sauce, and basil. Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine and mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Now place half of the spaghetti in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon entire cream cheese mixture over layered spaghetti. Place remaining spaghetti over. Pour meat sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
