BEEF SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. spaghetti
2 tbsp. salt
2 lg. onions
1 1/2 c. milk
1 green pepper (optional)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
2 lg. jars spaghetti sauce

Cook spaghetti according to directions. Brown ground beef and onions and peppers. Add salt. Combine soups and milk. Add ground beef and spaghetti. Add some cheese to mixture. (Save some for top.) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Can freeze.
