BEEF SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 jar of Ragu or any other spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1 1/2 c. spaghetti (elbow spaghetti noodles)
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
1 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Velveeta)

In skillet brown beef, add onions, celery and green pepper. Then add Ragu, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Then simmer 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti. Combine spaghetti and cream of mushroom soup. Layer into casserole 2 1/2 quart or 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove to sprinkle cheese. Bake additional 3 more minutes or until cheese melts. You may use any variations you want in here.
