BROCCOLI LASAGNA 
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 egg white
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano flakes
1 bunch broccoli
1/3 lb. lasagna noodles
14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes
Sm. can tomato paste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Blend cottage cheese, onion, egg whites, flour, spices and Parmesan cheese in food processor. Cook lasagna noodles. Wash and cut broccoli into 2 inch pieces. Add drop of olive oil to pan. Layer noodles, white sauce, broccoli, noodles, white sauce. Top with tomatoes and paste mixed together. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
