BROCCOLI LASAGNA 
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, drained & thawed
2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
24 oz. jar spicy spaghetti sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13 inch pan; cover with noodles. Mix broccoli, cottage cheese and eggs together. Spread 1/3 of mixture over noodles. Top with 1/3 of remaining spaghetti sauce, 1/3 mozzarella and 1/3 Parmesan. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 8-10.
