MUSHROOM-BROCCOLI LASAGNA 
Creamed mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
Pepper
1 head fresh chopped broccoli, cooked
1 lb. (2 c.) cottage cheese
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

CREAMED MUSHROOMS:

2 tbsp. butter
2 minced green onions
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 c. milk

Spread 1/2 cup creamed mushrooms in greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Layer noodles, broccoli, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, creamed mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.

CREAMED MUSHROOMS: Melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickens, about 5 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
