5 c. self rising flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. Crisco 1 pkg. yeast (dissolve in 2 tbsp. warm water) 2 c. buttermilk Mix flour, and sugar thoroughly. Work in Crisco. Add yeast and buttermilk. Roll thin and brush melted butter on tops, then add another layer. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees. |
