MUSTACHOLIS ITALIAN FRUIT CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange extract
Grated orange rind
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 tbsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1 tbsp. almond extract
1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water to soften, drained well

Mix all ingredients listed above well. Grease jelly roll pan. Spread batter out in pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or test with toothpick. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white

Beat until smooth. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with colored nonpareil.
