1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 can fruit pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix by hand 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and oil. Add vanilla. Add eggs, flour and baking powder. Pour 1/2 batter on greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Spread pie filling over this. Pour rest of batter over filling. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
