"EASY" COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. water

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together.

Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat for 10 minutes. Pour 1/2 batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Use part of topping and swirl with a knife. Pour remainder of batter on top and swirl remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
