EASY COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix these together.

Cream eggs, sour cream and cake mix; then add milk, oil and pudding (don't follow directions on box of cake mix or pudding). In a greased angel food cake tube pan, put in 1/2 cake batter, then 1/2 brown sugar mixture. Continue, having brown sugar mixture on top. Swirl with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool before taking from pan. This freezes well.
