2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 c. confectioners' sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 (12 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, butter and peanut butter with hands. Put in a greased 11 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler. Spread over cookie mix. Let cool. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container. Serves 24. |
