IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
6 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed
1 c. cheddar cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. sliced green onionsoz. jar chopped pimento (optional)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix shrimp, cheeses, onions and pimento in plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute. Pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. (Actually takes longer.) Cool 5 minutes.
