MUSHROOM LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna (1/2 pkg.), cooked
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 ball mozzarella

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add flour and evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed. Layer in greased pan noodles, mix, then cheese; end with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
